1. Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
- Returns must be requested within 3 days of receiving your order.
- For hygiene and authenticity reasons, opened or used perfumes cannot be returned.
2. Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges only if:
- The product received is incorrect
- The item arrives damaged
In such cases, please contact us within 24 hours with proof (photo/video) and we will arrange a replacement.
3. Refunds
Refunds are processed only when a return is approved and the item is received back in original condition.
Refund processing may take 2–5 business days after inspection.
4. Delivery & Return Shipping
- If the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged product), Scents Essentials covers return shipping.
- If the return is for personal reasons (e.g., change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
